Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it, with any original tags and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Email info@tehrani.la within 30 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions and the return address. Please do not send an item back before contacting us; returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For eligible returns requested within 30 days, there is no return or restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping.

Returns Requested After 30 Days

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are outside our standard return policy. Our team may choose to accept a late return on a case-by-case basis. If we agree to accept it, a 20% deduction from the item’s purchase price will apply to the refund. We will confirm this with you before you ship the item back. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at info@tehrani.la so we can review the issue and make it right. Please wait for our instructions before shipping it back.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Special orders and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will let you know when we have received and inspected your return and whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
