Is your jewelry real gold?
Yes. Every piece is real 14K gold and stamped 14K. Our jewelry is never gold-plated or gold-filled. Learn more in our Gold Authenticity & Care Guide.
Is every piece solid gold?
Not every piece. Some designs, like many chains, bangles and hoops, are made hollow so they are lighter and more affordable. Hollow pieces are still real 14K gold, stamped 14K. Each product page lists the details under Details & Specifications, and you are always welcome to ask us before you order.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery then usually takes 3 to 5 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. We also ship to Canada, Mexico and most other countries; international rates are shown at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Email us within 30 days and we will send you return instructions; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. See our full Return and Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Can I exchange for a different size or chain length?
Yes. Request a return for the original item, and once it is approved you can place a new order for the size or length you want.
What ring sizes and chain lengths do you carry?
Women's rings come in U.S. sizes 6 to 9, and men's rings go up to size 10. Pendants can be ordered on their own or with a 14K gold chain in 16, 18, 20, 22 or 24 inches. See our Size Guide to find your fit.
Does my order come gift-ready?
Yes. Every piece arrives in our signature Tehrani Jewelry gift box, ready to give.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Our Tehrani Jewelry Gift Card comes in amounts from $50 to $500 and is delivered by email.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. At checkout you can choose Shop Pay Installments to split eligible orders into smaller payments.
How do I care for my gold jewelry?
Put your jewelry on after perfume and lotion, and take it off before swimming, showering or using cleaning products. Clean it gently with warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth, and store each piece separately to prevent scratches. More tips are in our care guide.
